What to Include When You’re Ready
Use any of these prompts in Project Details. You can send an initial request now and discuss the remaining details with our team.
- Your product
- Flower, edibles or gummies, pre-rolls, or another product you want to discuss. Describe what will go inside the empty packaging.
- Bags or a matching set
- Tell us whether you need printed bags, coordinated outer boxes, or both. Mention any preferred bag shape, closure or finish.
- Size or pack contents
- Share dimensions with units if you have them. Otherwise, describe the product size, intended fill weight or count per pack.
- Order quantity
- An estimated quantity and number of designs are useful. If you are still planning, write “not sure yet” and tell us your stage.
- Artwork and design
- Let us know if you have a logo, existing artwork, a reference style, or need free creative design and layered print-ready files.
- Delivery destination
- Include the destination country and city or postal code. Mention your target date so we can discuss a practical schedule.

Yes. Describe the product and the weight or count you want in each pack. If you know the product dimensions, include them with units. We can discuss a starting size and the fit checks needed before you approve the packaging.
Can I start without a logo or finished artwork?
Yes. Tell us your brand idea, preferred style and packaging type. Free creative design and free layered print-ready files are confirmed services. File formats, revision scope, editable elements and handoff arrangements are agreed for your project.
How do I send photos, a dieline or existing artwork?
Email them to info@dlboxmaker.com with your name and project details. If you have already submitted this form, include the reference shown in the receipt. Please send only files or examples you are authorized to share; there is no attachment upload in this form.
What happens after I send my packaging request?
A confirmed online submission opens a receipt page with your request reference. If your browser cannot open it, the confirmation stays with the form. Our team reviews the details and follows up by email. If receipt cannot be confirmed, your entries stay in the form so you can retry or email us. If an email draft is offered instead, you still need to send it from your email app.
