BudBarrierBags is the cannabis packaging website of Dalian Boxmaker International Trading Co., Ltd.. This notice explains how the website and its inquiry options handle information.

Your packaging inquiries

When the online form is available, choosing Send My Packaging Request sends your name, email, optional company or brand, project details and selected packaging interest to our server for private storage. A request reference and a content fingerprint help confirm retries without saving duplicate inquiries or overwriting earlier details. Our database is provided by Supabase.

When the form offers Prepare Email Request instead, it prepares an email draft in your browser. Preparing that draft does not send it to us. You send the request through your chosen email service.

We use the information you send to respond to your request, discuss packaging specifications, prepare quotations and manage your business relationship with us. Please share only information relevant to your packaging project.

Website delivery and preferences

The website and its photographs are delivered through Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. The online form also uses short-lived form credentials and keyed identifiers derived from the request IP and email to reduce automated abuse. The inquiry table does not store the raw IP address or those form credentials.

Your browser can save a light or dark theme preference locally. After a confirmed online submission, the current browser tab may also keep the request reference, a random receipt token and the confirmation time so you can open the receipt page. The receipt view is available for 30 minutes. That local receipt does not contain your name, email or project message; its expiry does not delete the inquiry we received.

The current site does not include advertising tags or analytics scripts.

Email and service providers

If you contact us by email, your message uses your chosen email service and ours. Providers supporting website delivery, email and business communications may process information as needed to operate those services. Business communications may be handled in China and in other countries where those providers operate.

Keeping and managing your information

We keep business correspondence as needed to respond to your project, manage our relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need, contact info@dlboxmaker.com.
