1. Company and packaging scope

BudBarrierBags is the cannabis packaging website of Dalian Boxmaker International Trading Co., Ltd.. We manufacture custom flexible bags and coordinate matching boxes. Our website presents empty packaging and related design support for business projects.

Product photographs, design concepts and guides help explain formats and project options. The proposed packaging, material, dimensions, closure and other specifications need to be confirmed for your own product and use.

2. Inquiries and receipts

Use the packaging request form or email info@dlboxmaker.com to describe your project. You can begin before the size, quantity or artwork is final. Please provide a working email address and enough information for us to understand your request.

An online receipt confirms that your inquiry was received. It does not confirm an order, price, production slot or delivery date. If the website cannot confirm receipt, keep your details and retry or contact us by email.

If the form prepares an email draft, you still need to send it through your email app. Preparing or copying a draft does not send an inquiry to us. Artwork and reference files can be sent by email.

3. Quotations and orders

Quotations depend on the agreed packaging structure, size, materials, printing, finish, quantity, number of designs and delivery destination. Confirm the details of the current proposal with our team before placing an order.

Prices, minimum order quantities, sample arrangements, production timing, shipping, payment and other order-specific conditions are confirmed for the project. If your requirements change, ask us to review the proposal and any affected arrangements.

4. Free design and print-ready files

Free creative design and free layered print-ready files are part of our packaging support. You may start with a brand idea, a logo, reference material or existing artwork that needs preparation.

The creative brief, file formats, editable elements, revision scope, handoff timing and usage arrangements are agreed for the project. Keep a record of the versions and approvals used for your particular packaging.

5. Specifications, samples and proofs

Use the current approved structure and dieline when preparing artwork. Review the product information, dimensions, orientation, print areas, colors and any white-ink or finish information in the proof. Identify the file and revision when confirming changes or approval.

Discuss the sample and product-fit checks needed for your intended contents, filling and sealing process. A screen image, nominal weight label or another project’s photograph does not establish the capacity, performance or suitability of your package.

If your project needs material information or relevant supporting documents, tell us the required scope. We will discuss what is applicable to the proposed packaging. The packaging guides provide general preparation methods.

6. Website images, artwork and examples

Real project photographs show the packaging and visible design details described on their pages. Images labeled “Packaging design concept” are illustrative concepts. Neither type is a production specification or permission to reuse a customer’s design.

Logos, product artwork and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners. Please contact us before reusing website or project materials, and share only artwork, logos and references that you are authorized to provide.

7. Information you send and website use

Send information relevant to your packaging project. Let us know about any sharing restrictions before sending confidential files or asking to use private examples. Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Please use the website for legitimate packaging research and business communication. Do not use inquiry forms for spam, impersonation, malicious files or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Some guides link to external technical references. Those sites have their own content and policies. Confirm that any technical requirements you use apply to the particular package, equipment and print process being discussed.
